Masters 24/7 are a recognised and renowned golf distribution company that has been serving the UK and Europe since 1990. With over 4,000 product lines and dual operations in Bristol, UK and Wevelgum, Belgium, Masters have an enviable position as one of golf’s leading distributors.

Our extensive knowledge of the golf industry has allowed us to develop a number of unique and innovative in-house brands catering for every sector in golf retail, offering incredible value and excellent margins.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Representative to join our experienced Europe team. You will have the opportunity to look after customers in the German territory, becoming an expert in our product ranges and benefits, as well as to playing your part in developing relationships with a number of key retailers.

Comprehensive training and education will be provided, including a detailed introduction to our product ranges as well as 1-on-1 sales training and mentoring with our European Sales Director. You’ll also receive constant expert support throughout your career from a company that can boast over 30 years experience in golf sales.

Your career will quickly progress in line with your contribution, and you will take responsibility for our presence in the German golf market, as well as an existing group of customers, to be their main point of support whilst continuing to grow and maintain a lucrative portfolio of clients.

We are interested in candidates with prior product sales experience, who understand and are enthused by the golf retail sales environment; people who enjoy approaching and developing relationships with new businesses, as well as becoming experts in their market to further improve the quality and suitability of our product range and service offerings.

The role will be remote as it involves a significant amount of travel within Germany, but IT equipment such as laptop and mobile phone will be provided.

 

Job Requirements:

  • To manage an existing portfolio of golf retailers both on and off course; meeting customers on a regular basis within Germany
  • Maximise the presence of the Masters 24/7 and Level 4 range of products in each retail outlet.
  • Responsible for obtaining orders in each call
  • Identify new opportunities to increase the number of product categories stocked therefore increasing the turnover in each account
  • Responsible for dealing with any account issues, credits, merchandising of stores and offering a consultative approach to maximise “sell through” in each retail outlet.
  • Identify potential new business accounts and develop a workable realistic strategy to convert and secure them as Masters 24/7 / Level 4 customers
  • Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system

Other Requirements:

  • Driver's licence required
  • Fluent in both German & English
  • An understanding of the golf trade (highly desirable, but not essential)
