Masters return process
Please contact your local agent, or contact our customer service team using the details below if you would like to return your order. Please also contact us if:
- you have received an incorrect item
- you have received a damaged item
- you have received a defective item
- you have received an item that does not match its description
Return conditions:
All returns must be in the exact condition in which they were received, undamaged, in original unopened packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
Please include your Masters account ID, company name & address and the reason for the return with the order. Failure to include this information with the returned order will delay processing the refund.
